Belinda Visser has over seventeen years experience working in the media, PR, marketing and event management arenas. Belinda launched her career in Sydney in 1992. With two years experience in film production behind her, she joined Murdoch Magazines in the editorial and publicity department of Murdoch Books working closely with the CEO to develop the inaugural marie claire series of cook books before moving into masthead television development working on projects such as Better Homes & Gardens, Family Circle and the marie claire pilot.

After three years at Murdoch Magazines, Belinda returned to Melbourne in a senior account management role with Kirby Marketing developing and managing below the line campaigns with clients such as SAAB, CUB, Schweppes, Emirates and Air Mauritius.

In 2001, Belinda accepted a full time consultancy role with McPherson Promotions (specialising in entertainment and business based public relations) working with Disney On Ice, International Concert Attractions, The Rodin Exhibition and numerous international arts and theatre productions.

Belinda consulted in a PR advisory role to multiple clients outside of McPherson Promotions, allowing her to launch bella PR with an already strong and diversified client base.

Since launching bella PR in 2004, Belinda has devised successful PR campaigns and managed events for valued clients such as Sportsgirl, Miss Universe Australia, Fashion TV Diamond Model Awards, Falke Australia, Red Rooster, Hotondo Homes, The Victorian Polo Association, The Polo Lounge, Makers Mark Jewellery, The Sebel Hotel Group, Golden Chain Motor Inns, The Melbourne Opera Company, The Australian Shakespeare Company, BioRevive Pharmaceutical, Storm Sustainability and Toyota – to name a few.

It is a testament to Belinda’s natural ability to network, that over the years bella PR’s client events have been supported and attended by personalities such as Ian Thorpe, Paris Hilton, Nicki Hilton, Matt Tilley, Tottie Goldsmith, Cindy Sargon, Lillian Frank, Kimberley Davies, Jennifer Kyte, Naomi Robson, Laura Dundovich, Jackie Weaver, Erin McNaught, John Woods, Kerrie-Anne Kennelly, Guy Grossi – and our much missed, Bud Tingwell (to name but a few).

Bella PR supports the arts and contributes to philanthropic initiatives through providing services or initiating sponsorship opportunities to help raise fxunds and/or build awareness for organizations such as The Prahan City Mission, Windemere Foundation, Breast Cancer Network and The Sidney Myer Foundation.

Belinda leads a small team of qualified PR professionals and specialist consultants. bella PR maintains its’ strong market position by enhancing their team’s knowledge and training in areas such as online marketing, social networking and continually providing a high level of service to clients.
