The Secret’s out!

Secret Recipe, a new lifestyle café that caters for everyone, is here at last! Share the secret with everyone you know... it will launch in Melbourne on Chapel Street, Prahran on the 28th February 2010.
To celebrate the auspicious opening, Secret Recipe will be hosting an official launch event on the 28th February 2010. There will be plenty of laughs at the launch event as Secret Recipe brings you a live Iron Chef inspired challenge! With special guest Matt Tilley as Iron Chef Interpreter & Secret Recipe’s internationally renowned chef from Malaysia going head to head with the new Australian Secret Recipe Head Chef, MC’d by well-known Australian Celebrity Chef Cindy Sargon. Pre-luncheon bubbles will be flowing, followed by chef’s delicacies and boutique wines.
Special guests Ian Thorpe and Lillian Frank MBE Fundraising Chairman Special Event Committee of the RCH will be judging the Secret Recipe Iron Chef challenge. Secret Recipe is donating $10,000 to the Royal Children’s Hospital in acknowledgement of the judges who are both generously donating their time. Lillian Frank says “ I am delighted to receive the generous donation, I promise it will be used very wisely with the rest of the RCH fund that I collect.”
Launch event guests will enjoy a three course sit down lunch, whilst taking in the sounds of Sunday tunes served up by special guest DJ Grant Smillie, well known throughout Australia for his contributions to Ministry of Sound and One Love compilations, as well as hosting the country’s most influential dance show, Nova Nation, played throughout the Nova Radio Network.
Following the official Secret Recipe Launch, the doors will be open to the public to join in on the festivities and opening specials, including chances to WIN with the ‘Lucky Money’ promotion.
